Today I’m starting my 100% free “over the shoulder” peek at how to build self esteem and confidence to hack stress down to its roots.
It’s an important topic and something we can all benefit from.
Here’s what we’ll be doing this month.
We’ll be learning and thinking about how to build self esteem and confidence with stress hacks. While doing that, let’s keep our eyes on working through the daily stressors that keep us from living our best life.
I’ll be covering life hacks, stress hacks, and confidence hacks.
Life hack refers to any trick, shortcut, skill, or novelty method that increases productivity and efficiency, in all walks of life.
Confidence hack refers to any trick, shortcut, skill, or novelty method that increases self confidence and courage, in all walks of life
Stress hack refers to any trick, shortcut, skill, or novelty method that decreases productivity and efficiency, in all walks of life
The basic idea is simple. For the next 30 days, you’ll find a new blog post on the topic here at https://womenbeatingstress.com/ every day.
How To Boost Self Esteem and Confidence in the Next 30 Days
For the next 30 days, we’ll explore three things:
- what the connection between courage and confidence is
- why they are important and of course (and most importantly)
- what we can do to become more courageous and increase our self-confidence on a daily basis.
The end goal is to have a bag of tools to help us continue to hack stress after this month of exploration is over.
Have you been struggling with any of these?
- feelings of overwhelm, overload, anger,
- fear, frustration, guilt
- anxiety and silent emotional turmoil
- low ( or no) self confidence
- emotional eating
- inability to accept compliments
- inability to see yourself ‘squarely’ – to be fair to yourself,
