  1. Love this list,a lot of creativity in it! Looking at family photos hadn’t occurred to me for stress management but I do like to do it. Some of my photos are digitized with copies safely stored in Dropbox, just in case I ever write my memoirs as I’d like to!

Rosana, thanks for your comment. I’m so glad you enjoyed this list! What a great idea to keep digital copies of family fotos in dropbox. I usually use an external drive, but in case of a fire, I would lose everything. I hope you write our memoirs one day. If you write for just five minutes each day, you may be ready to publish within a year. So writing your memoirs and using those digitized photos may be easier than you think. As simple as five (5) minutes a day. That way you beat stress AND write your memoirs! Win-win! 🙂

  2. Excellent suggestions. I remember I was out of town on business and was not having a good day. I went to a matinee before my next appointment and I felt like the Cheshire Cat. It was some romcom and I felt sneaky and wonderful and in a better mood to get through my next appointment and business dinner. The movie was the conversation of the dinner!

  3. Dancing in the living room, in or out of clothes is my choice.

@Beth. Yes…dancing is a great stress-buster. Clothing is optional ( if you live alone). LOL.
